Born on August 23, 1948 in Adana, Ökkeş Cenap Başman completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Adana. While his curiosity was supported by his family, he was interested in many subjects such as dealing with scientific experiments and making musical instruments. At a young age, he built an incubator and started raising chickens with his own efforts. His bright mind was noticed at school and he was supported according to his interests.
Ö. Cenap Başman was a different young man who loved singing and playing many musical instruments. He conducted scientific experiments in his own way. He started to have his first parapsychological experiences at young age. The events he experienced stimulated his inquisitive personality. He did research and read many books and magazines. He studied at university in Izmir and graduated from Ege University Faculty of Pharmacy.
As his inner intensity intensified from self to self, his first flows took place. He passed the applications of the religious cycle. While he was educating himself with the teachings of Sufism, he was also researching and reading spiritual knowledge. Moreover, he had metaphysical experiences. And he experienced his first flash of consciousness (the phenomenon of knowing self in self) on January 1, 1984 and his life was never the same again. He was putting his first spiritual revelations known as the “70 pages / Spiritual revelations” into flow. As his inner journey continued gradually, the intensity of the information he received from spiritual mechanisms gradually deepened and on July 1, 1993, the first foundations of the teaching he created by putting the “Technological Terminological System Information” into flow began to be laid.
For the first time in the world, Ö. Cenap Başman has increased the criteria of self-flow information with its unique terminology in parallel with his own consciousness development and has presented the “Wisdom of Axoy RA”, as he called it, to the service of humanity. As the criteria for self-concentration gradually increased, he completed his selfintegration on May 9, 2010. The most remarkable feature of the information he has implemented was the introduction of Atlant Lonze (Atlant Language) with his own terminology and its grammar rules.
Ö. Cenap Başman has continued his inner journey with his wife Eylem Başman since 2001. They gave conferences and led seminars in associations and development centers. His articles were published in magazines. With the love of serving humanity, he published his writings on many websites in accordance with the requirements of that time and he actively used social media. Throughout his life, he was a valuable spiritual guide, a good father and husband without hesitating to focus on his main mission in accordance with his inner wealth. His aim, in accordance with his mission, was to bring people of the world to the level of universal humanity and to explain to humans the truth about Human. For this purpose, he wrote seven books that form the foundations of his teaching.
The books he wrote contain a wide range of knowledge presented to Humanity by him and are the Constitutions of the Heavens.

In order to understand Master Başman, it is necessary to be instructed by the wisdom of Axoy RA, which he has implemented and to live in accordance with this wisdom and keep it alive. He has always shared his unique inner journey with his disciples. He wanted those around him to live with values that are in line with their beliefs in art and science. He aimed to show that humanity can reach their own essence by progressing in three ways. Then people can reach their own truths by shedding a different light on their own journey with the knowledge the Master put into practice.
